ARC FLASH PANEL RATING / ANALYSIS: 

Con-Syst-Int Group Inc. will visit your facility and perform a detailed Arc Flash Hazard Analysis as per the CSA standard Z462.

A detailed report showing Arc Flash energy points in the system is the result of the system analysis and provided with recommendations for limiting energy levels. Arc Flash Labels are provided specific to each piece of equipment that is studied.

It is not uncommon for fuses, circuit breakers, and other protective devices to be oversized or have settings that can be changed safely to lower the "ARC FLASH HAZARD" and reduce the PPE requirement.   Con-Syst-Int Group Inc. can work with the customer to bring these levels to a safer rating without compromising production.
